I am a Reiki Master Teacher based in the beautiful seaport town of Gloucester, MA. As a practitioner of various healing methods—including Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing, and guided meditation—I offer intuitive energy healing sessions in a quiet, peaceful setting. Your session will be private and heart-centered, with intrinsic wisdom woven into your treatment to address your unique needs. Reiki promotes relaxation and energy flow, crystal healing helps to clear energetic blockages, chakra balancing restores harmony within your energy centers, and guided meditation supports emotional release and mental clarity.
I also offer Indian Head Massage, a traditional Ayurvedic healing technique that focuses on releasing tension and promoting relaxation in the head, neck, and shoulders. Additionally, I incorporate Essential Oils into Reiki sessions, creating a holistic Reiki/Essential Oil treatment that supports balance and well-being.
Each session is conducted with integrity and reverence, and I always honor that I am simply the conduit through which healing energy flows. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, experiencing emotional release, and gaining greater clarity after their sessions, helping them move forward with renewed hope and balance.
In addition, I am a Grief Support Specialist, offering a uniquely structured experience designed to address grief with clarity and purpose. My grief support sessions combine practical tools with compassionate guidance, focusing on actionable steps that empower you to process loss in a safe and supportive setting. You can expect each session to be focused, meaningful, and tailored to fostering healing.
Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and equipped with practical strategies to continue their healing journey. When given the right tools and support, it becomes possible to see the light at the end of the tunnel and rediscover a sense of hope for the future. "I was struggling over the loss of my mom and a friend of mine, who had just finished the Grief Recovery Method suggested I give it a try.
